Simple Summary
Launch the WBTC-USDC market on Arbitrum.
Abstract
As a follow up to LEAP 38 which proposed a pilot WETH-USDC market on Arbitrum, this LEAP proposes launching the WBTC-USDC market.
Motivation
Launching the WBTC-USDC market will help grow protocol volumes and TVL on Arbitrum. It will also give Arbitrum parity with markets available on Optimism (ETH, BTC).
Specification
The market will be launched at the start of an epoch. Liquidity and trading incentives will be set by Council.
